boutique consultancy which specialises in
providing recruitment services to the Resource
Sector - with a particular focus on the upstream
oil and gas industry.
We are “industry specialists”, as
opposed to “discipline specialists”. That
is, we are skilled in recruiting across a
variety of disciplines and all levels of
seniority within the resources sector, and the
upstream oil and gas industry in particular.
Whilst a significant proportion
of our work involves the recruitment of
technical and scientific professionals (such as
geoscientists and engineers), we also recruit
for commercial, legal, administrative and
managerial positions.
Our team is comprised of people
with a mixture of technical and corporate human
resources backgrounds, across the mining,
engineering and oil & gas sectors.
