Essential:         Good general exploration and some production skills
                        Familiar with putting together well proposals
                        End-of-well reports
                        End-of-appraisal reports
                        General exploration appraisal experience
                        Familiar with computer mapping
                        Familiarity with seismic/3D modelling packages
                        Log-analysis packages an advantage
                        SE Asia experience with shaly sands/                                                       stacked reservoirs preferable
                        Basement reservoir experience useful
